XTR1 Substructure Kits

XTR1 Comes with a set of 2 side braces. However, you can add more accessories or increase the cargo area on the side of your rack by ordering additional side braces out of 1530UL Series Aluminum Extrusion (Double T-Slot Channel). 

IMPORTANT - This is for XTR1 which uses 2 uprights per side. If you have the 3 uprights per side, then you're looking for XTR3 side braces!

You could also mount these on the top of the rack for additional support of accessories!

Set is for 2 sections of  Extrusion and 8 Pcs of standard 4-Hole Joint Plates in Black Powder Coat Finish, 16 Pcs of 5/16-18 Button Hex Screws and 16 Pcs of Drop-In T-Nuts. 

These can be added after assembly as well, however you might have to loosen other front-to-back sections of the rack.

Select the length of the rack you ordered initially to match!!

This is in Black Powdercoat finish!

This kit will allow you to mount any awning with their provided hardware directly into the uprights of XTR1 bedrack at different heights and with adjustability.

Includes 2 Corner Brackets (need to select according to your bedrack version of 9D for Gladiators, 13.3D for Softoppers and 20D for standard bedracks)

2 sections of 1530H Extrusion powdercoated black. Select between 8" and 12" in height.

4 corner gussets that allow you to mount the awning straight into the extrusion T-Slot's

2 caps for the extrusion top ends.

All required hardware.

Supports up to 60 lbs when mounted on uprights directly with High Torque Slide-in T-nuts. 

The 270 bracket will add additional support for the heavier 270 type of awnings. Weight limit of 100lbs with added brace.

Due to popular demand, we are offering a kit to DIY the slide out. There are still a few details to finish up on the kit, such as the bump stops and the latch or close mechanism. 

This concept uses linear bearings to create an inexpensive slide out mechanism, however, it is still under development and testing, so longevity and functionality of this slide out mechanism is still not completed.

However, several users want to get in on a DIY kit, and just buy the additional components once design and testing has been finalized. Instructions are vague and support is still lacking on this kit. Buy only if you're confident you can make it work with a little bit of creativity and support from the FB group!

This DIY kit will include:

1 ea Silver Anodized bar to the length to match your bedrack (please specify in comments)

6 ea Linear Slide Bearings and hardware (3 sets)

1 ea end caps in CNC machined raw aluminum finish and hardware

1 ea "4-hole plate" as rear stop and hardware

1 ea. Locking lever mechanism to go on a linear slide.

Add a first level you the XTR1 with the Bottom Cross Bar Kit. This allows you to carry additional equipment.

The Kit includes:

• 2 CrossBar's in 1530UL Extrusion in either Black Powder Coat or Clear Anodized Aluminum.
• 8 Single Plate bracket adapters in Black Powder Coat
• 8 Slide in T-Nuts for CrossBar's
• 8 Drop-in T-Nuts for bracket/column assembly
• 16 Button Head Screws 5/16-18 X 5/8

Add a set of Top Braces (1515L Front to Back) that matches your kit's length to add additional supports.

This extrusion kit will allow you to add a Front-to-Back bar that runs the length of your rack on the inside, with a parallel orientation to the bedrail. (Not at an angle). This creates a mounting surface for which drawer slides can be mounted to, or simply serve as an additional low mount side bracing, custom bottom surface and more.

Choose the Bracket Type based on the rack you have. (9D is for Gladiators, 13D is for Softoppers, except Gladiators, 20D is the standard angle).
