Specialty roof top tent mounting hardware for adapting the quick release mounts to specific roof top tent brands.

Description

Do I need a fit kit?

Fit kits are only required for roof top tents that have “non-standard” frame rails. Please see the pictures below for what a standard frame rail looks like. A fit kit is required because some tent models are built with unique frame rail extrusions. To function correctly, we need one side of your mounts to slide open and close in the tent frame rail.

If your roof top tent mounting hardware looks like the photos below, you DO NOT need a fit kit.

If you do not need a fit kit, double check that you have 8x standard roof top tent mount plates (shown above) with your tent. These mount plates should have been included with your tent’s purchase, these will be required. We offer an option for you to purchase a set of slider plates if needed.

If you purchase a fit kit then the new adapters will replace the standard mount plates.

When purchasing a bed rack from us, you will receive two packages with separate tracking numbers (one contains the extrusion bars, and the other contains various components and hardware).

Shipping will be determined by weight and your region.
