Of course, Xtrusion Overland employees and our affiliates are excluded from this contest/drawing. The entrant must be the copyright holder of the photo/video submitted. Photos must be of good quality (i.e., not blurry, too dark, etc.). By submitting your photos, you grant unequivocal permission to Xtrusion Designs / Xtrusion Overland, to use your (photographs and/or video) for use in Xtrusion Overland marketing. Your images may be used in and not limited to the following examples: Media publications such as Videos, Email Blasts, Newsletters, Magazines, General Publications, Trade Shows, and Website.

Inappropriate Content, Obscene, provocative, or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. We retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.

Winner Notification:
Xtrusion Overland will make a reasonable effort to notify the winners (via email or phone) within 48 hours of the close of the contest. First 3 Category winners will be excluded from the random entry drawing.
