I received my shipment on pretty fast and happy with that! The only issue I had that 2 of the drop-in T-nuts spring didn't work when trying to screw in the 16 EA BHCS screws. I'm not too sure if the threads were off but just couldn't get any of the screws to screw on.

How many packages does a bed rack come in?

A bed rack typically ships in 2-3 packages. One box is for the hardware and components, the other boxes will be your extrusion bars.

Can I return an item?

We will work with you to the best of our ability to make sure you are happy with your purchase, whether we send you replacement parts, or different components to satisfy your needs.

In the event you are still not satisfied with your purchase after working with us and would still like to return your purchase, there is a 20% restocking fee on ALL orders RETURNED, and the initial shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund.

If we receive your return and discover that the item is used an additional 10% fee will be put in place. any modification done to the product will not be eligible for returns. original shipping costs will not be refunded.
