Our brackets are designed to slide under your tonneau rails. The fitment will vary brand. We have 2 width options to help with most tonneau covers. Bear in mind the wide brackets might push out the rack outside the boundaries of the truck's bedrails, although inside the perimeter of the truck. Also, if you have a "Tri-Fold" type cover, the brackets would fit underneath but the tonneau won't open all the way while the rack is installed.

You can remove 16 screws that will free up the BedRack! We recommend having a buddy to help you lift it and remove it, but if you are brave you can probably handle it on your own. You can decide to take the rack components apart for easy storage. Usually removing it and disassembling in 3 pieces, Top part of 2 crossbars and 2 top braces, and Side parts of 2 columns and 1 side brace. Alternatively you can take it all apart to store in a 6"x6"x60" area! Just remember it is easier to put back on the truck if it has been disassembled in 3 pieces instead.

We have many accessory mount plates available for most common items, as well as a modular, universal mount plate. However, one of the advantages of this system is that you can mount anything along the T-Slot rails when you get creative. You can make your own brackets, use brackets from a hardware store or mount things directly. All you need are either T-Nuts compatible (Roll-in or Drop-in are best to add), or T-Slot Studs. We will have some kits available in our product offering, but you can also source from EBAY or AMAZON! Any 8MM T-Slot for 40 Series (Metric) or 15 Series (Standard) accessories and hardware are compatible with our Xtrusion!

Yes you can! The aluminum material cuts pretty much like a wooden 2x4 with the right tools. A Miter Saw is usually all you need. Make sure your blade is sharp, and lubricate with WD-40 or similar while cutting. Bear in mind that modifying the original shape and form of the kit that was shipped to you could void the warranty or alter the cargo capacity.

While we maintain all components in stock, every kit is cut to order. This means that there is a processing period of 4-6 weeks before shipment. Additional delays may occur due to supply chain disruptions or stock issues. We will contact you if there are delays beyond the expected delivery time! Please do not plan any trips around delivery. If you do, contact us first and we'll see what can be done.

Shipping is based on where the Bed Rack kit is going. We have partnerships with Parcel companies so we just pass our cost to you. Our kits already have amazing prices to help you put your money on other accessories for your rig, unfortunately not much can be done on shipping. Each package varies in size and weight, and usually between 60 and 80 lbs, and 6.5X6.5X60 in length. Some times packages might be shipped from different places, so you might receive a box with the extrusion components and separate box for the brackets. This depends on our stock levels and our supply chain partners availability. Additional accessories and sub-structures ordered would increase shipping costs.
