Great product%2C Amazing Customer Service

I’ve had my eye on the Xtrusion XTR1 and 3 for a little bit. I decided to go with the XTR3 based on the storage bins I wanted to mount. The set up for the XTR3 was very easy to complete although it did take some time. The online PDF combined with folks on YouTube and it’s pretty much error proof. %0D%0ACustomer service though requires their own 5 stars. I had gotten a notice that my rack was getting ready to ship%2C I had already received 2 separate packages%2C but I started to second guess my decision to go with a 15” rack height and had decided 21” would be best. I reached out to Holly in customer service and asked if it was too late. She worked with the amazing team in shipping and they not only adjusted my order but also got it out the same day I requested the ridiculous customer request. Talk about putting your customer first%21 I’ve had to reach out for other additions since and the team at Xtrusion Overland has not disappointed yet. I will continue to look for excuses to shop with Xtrusion Overland because they manufacture a quality American made product with unmatched customer service%21

How many packages does a bed rack come in?

A bed rack typically ships in 2-3 packages. One box is for the hardware and components, the other boxes will be your extrusion bars.

Can I return an item?

We will work with you to the best of our ability to make sure you are happy with your purchase, whether we send you replacement parts, or different components to satisfy your needs.

In the event you are still not satisfied with your purchase after working with us and would still like to return your purchase, there is a 20% restocking fee on ALL orders RETURNED, and the initial shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund.

If we receive your return and discover that the item is used an additional 10% fee will be put in place. any modification done to the product will not be eligible for returns. original shipping costs will not be refunded.
