Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your product, Xtrusion Overland would be happy to work with you to help you make adjustments to make your rack exactly how you want it.
Returns
We have a 80% 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Cancellations
Do to the costs associated with order processing and manufacturing, cancellations will be refunded 90% of the purchase price if the order has not been manufactured. If already produced, the refund will be 80%.
Payment processing fees are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damaged parts from returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For the full 90% refund amount, parts must be in original packaging and shipping boxes, and free of damage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to be issued. After the refund has been issued, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
