Made In Kansas, USA

Built In-House. Built To Outlive The Truck.

Cut, machined, welded and powdercoated under one roof in Wichita — on HAAS CNC mills, lasers and a brake press. Only the screws and seals are sourced from elsewhere.

Aerospace-Grade Extrusions

6063-T6 / 6005-T5 aluminum profiles form the structural frame — light, stiff and corrosion-resistant.

8 CNC-Machined Corners

Signature 6061-T651 billet corners, cut on a 5-axis mill, lock the whole structure into one rigid unit.

High-Tensile Stainless Hardware

Every fastener is corrosion-resistant stainless — no rust streaks down your panels after the first storm.

Full In-House Manufacturing

HAAS CNC, laser cutting, brake press and powdercoat — all under one roof, so quality never leaves our hands.

Lifetime Structural Warranty

The frame is backed for life. It's engineered to outlast the truck you bolt it to.

American Made, American Jobs

Proudly built in the USA — the opposite of a mass-produced import topper.

Zero Compromise. Total Utility.

Engineered Where Others Cut Corners

Every detail is machined with intent — from hidden water channels to the open T-slot ecosystem. This is what separates a real overland platform from a bolt-on box.

Open T-Slot Ecosystem

Built on the industrial 15-Series profile — an open-source, erector-set platform. Mount slides, cages, cubbies and custom sub-structures anywhere, no proprietary parts.

Hidden Wire Management

Pass-through routing paths are engineered into the frame, so lights and power runs disappear inside the extrusion — no zip-tied mess.

Integrated Hydrology

Custom internal chambers automatically route and drain water away from the T-slots — sealed like a topper, drains like it was designed to live outside.*With correct installation.

Angled Fluidity

A precise, aggressive silhouette that complements modern truck platforms — form that earns its place next to the sheet metal.

Flush-Mount Latches

A structural flush-latch system integrates into the side panels — clean exterior, secure seal, no snag-prone hardware hanging off the shell.

Aerospace Aluminum + Stainless

Aerospace-grade extruded aluminum and high-tensile stainless hardware — no flimsy plastic-core sandwich panels, no rust-prone steel.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order ?

The XO.SKLTN can be ordered through the "STAGES" product listing. Once you identify and choose your Truck Make and Model, you can select which stage you want the XO.SKLTN to be ordered.

What are the XO.SKLTN Stages ?

We simplified the ordering process of the XO.SKLTN in 3 different stages and its sub-categories. The stages indicate if you want it in Bed Rack Mode / Topper Mode or Camper Mode. Then the sub-categories bundle up some of the most popular accessories to save you time and money.

Stage 1A - Bed Rack Mode - Bare Bones Rack System with the Standard "Skinny" Molles. With this system you can already mount tents and many other accessories!

Stage 1B - Bed Rack Mode - Full Molles. This essentially integrates the "Full Size" Molles for a more complete coverage.

Stage 2A - Topper Mode - This includes the Bed Rack from 1A and the Topper Panel Set to fully enclose the rack. This includes all Sides / Top / Front / Rear panels plus seals, mounting hardware, etc. If you ordered a Stage 1 in the past, you need to go straight to the Topper ADD-ON kit ONLY.

Stage 2B - Same as 2A except with the Full Size Molle's!

Stage 3A and 3B will be available soon in late 2026

How does it ship ?

One of the main advantages of the XO.SKLTN is that it can ship straight to your door! However, there will be several packages.

Bed Rack Portion : Ships in 2 Extrusion Packages of about 60" to 74" x 6" x 6" and a Hardware Box of 14" x 18" x 6" - This would include everything you need to assemble in bed rack mode.

Topper Add-On Portion. Regardless if you bought it as an add-on or as a stage, the topper panel kits ship in 3 different boxes ranging from 60" - 82" x 24" x 6" approximately. One ifor the top panels, one for the front and rear panels and one for the side panels. Each box will have its mounting hardware and seals inside.

Tent Add-On. Once available, this will ship as an LTL Shipment in pallet.

Do I have to Assemble it ?

One of the main characteristics of the XO.SKLTN is the ability to make it your own. With infinite mounting areas, this is the main key advantage over competitors products.

However, this also means that you will dust off some Allen Keys and other small tools. Assembly is relatively easy once you study the instructions and watch videos, but it will take some time and some beers to make less stressful!

Bed Rack Mode: Depending on Experience plan on 2 to 6 hours for bed rack assembly.

Topper Add-On: Depending on experience this could take 4 to 8 hours additionally to the frame.

For most, this is a weekend project! But you will become proficient in T-Slot ways and now you can assemble anything to it!

The Tent Add-on will have you remove top panels and assemble the tent on top. This is however, removable and you can put top panels when tent is not in use!

How can I add a Roof Top Tent?

For the Non Pass Through version, Bed Rack and Topper Mode are compatible with any Roof Top Tent models and depending on your intended look, they can be mounted a few different ways:

FOR BED RACK MODE

Directly on Top: You can use a Standard XTR Roof Top Tent Bracket set to mount directly to the middle crossbars or the inner part of the outside crossbars. The Tent CAN BE shorter or longer than the bed rack.

FOR TOPPER MODE

Directly on Top: This is for those tents whose mount rails are LONGER than the XO.SKLTN length. This way, the tent will protrude front and rear and you will need a set of ROOF TOP TENT brackets for XO.SKLTN.

On Optional CrossBars: This is for those who will have a small tent, like an iKamper, OVS, FreeSpirit or other tents that open side ways and are shorter than the topper. You will need to order a set of crossbars and a set of Roof Top Tent 10 series bars mounting brackets. This will add about 1.5" of height to your set up.

*For a few models with T-Slots in the front and sides there may be an opportunity to mount flush, eliminating the tent's rails. An example of this, is the Ozark Overland Adventures and the Intrepid Tent. However, this is the exception.

What Materials Are Used ?

XO.SKLTN is made of 6063-T6 or 6005-T5 Extruded Profiles for its main structure, and 6061-T651 for the Billet Aluminum Corners. The hardware is Grade 8 or better with black zinc coating and the bracketry will either be Aluminum or Stainless Steel. All premium materials made for the last rack you'd ever need and backed by a structural Lifetime Warranty. Finishes are harder to warranty for life, but we stand behind our products so any issues, always contact our team to find a resolution!

Where is it Made ?

XO.SKLTN is made in Kansas, USA. We have full manufacturing capabilities from HAAS CNC machines, Laser, Brake Press, Powdercoat, and more, to create high quality billet components, sheet metal, bracketry and other miscellaneous items. The only imported components are screws, seals, or small hardware. With your purchase you are supporting American Made products and American Jobs. We thank you for that.

Why Should I buy an XO.SKLTN ?

This is a question that is answer in various ways, depending on your goal.

For those seeking flexible set ups in stages, there is no equal product. You can ease into the set up, spend a fraction of a topper and get started in the overland life. You can scale as you need!

For those seeking a Topper with superior strength, unique looks and the ultimate mounting and customization capabilities. This topper will allow you to mount slides / gear cages or cubbies, cases, build sub-structures onto the topper itself and much more. The panels are constructed like no other, with attention to detail in its hinges, seals and more. It won't compete in pricing with the latest Chinese toppers, but you will have absolutely more ways to customize to your needs and it will look much better! Plus you are supporting US Made Products! Do you want something unique ? This is it.

Where can I find accessories not listed?

From time to time we will be developing products that are not quite ready for the mass offering in a listing. For such products, reach out to our Customer Service team to see if we can make it available directly to you! We are a small team and the development process takes us time due to shuffling various projects and responsibilities, but we want to offer the most unique solutions to your camping and off-road experience!

Why only 2 heights are available ?

Our toppers are engineered to take advantage of an optimal process to make the parts with maximum inventory cross-over between truck models, however, the panels have to have components in the different bed sizes, etc so every height multiplies the need for components, increasing inventory requirements. We settled for a height that will serve the purpose of integrating the Roof Top Tent with a pass-through to address the Camper Crowd, and a Mid-Height version to address the unusual guys requirement to have a low as possible set up! No judgement here. Eventually we might release a Cab Heigh Flush version that will not be compatible with pass-through tents if that will never be your intent, but do not want a Mid-Heigh version. But do not wait on it, it might be a while! (at least we're honest).

What are the load ratings for XO.SKLTN?

Bed Rack and Topper Modes can hold a lot of weight, but you have to make sure you torque and check every screw periodically! And you should always consult your Truck's capabilities for cargo in the bed and add the weight of the rack or topper.

The baseline is 1500-1600 lbs static (while truck isn't moving), 850 lbs dynamic (while in motion, on highways) and 450 Off-Road (while, well you guessed it, off roading).

However, there are many factors like where the cargo is located, center of gravity, etc. So exercise best judgement and caution while loading the rack and your truck.

How much does it Weigh ?

Depending on Truck Model and Bed Length the Mid Size Trucks short beds start at 90 lbs for Bed Rack Mode and 160 lbs for topper mode. For a full size truck on a 6.5' bed you are looking at about 110 lbs for Bed Rack Mode and closer to 200 lbs for Topper Mode. If you need a more accurate weight reach out to our team (but only if you really need it down to the ounces!)

Still hundreds of pounts lighter than your grandpa's fiberglass topper!

Can I get Panels in Different Colors ?

The long answer is, it depends. We will only offer 1 or 2 colors but the best route to get a custom color would be for you to request a smooth finish on the panels and opt for a vinyl wrap. This would have to be sourced and installed by you so we don't break any hopes and dreams for matching colors. So the short asnwer is NO.

We might have done some special editions, so don't feel bad when we say its not available in Tan!
