Shipping policy
Order Processing & Lead Times
-
Many of our products are made to order and involve cutting, machining, and kitting, so lead times are estimates only and not guaranteed ship dates.
-
Lead times shown on product pages reflect our current best estimate based on demand and material availability and may change without notice.
-
Your order may ship in multiple boxes and on different days depending on the items purchased. Larger rack systems and sub‑assemblies often ship separately from hardware and accessories.
We recommend you do not schedule trips, installs, or paint/powder appointments strictly around an estimated ship or delivery date.
Shipping Methods & Regions
-
Most orders ship via ground services within the continental United States (for example, UPS or similar carriers).
-
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may ship via ground or postal services depending on the product and carrier availability.
-
International shipping to Canada is available at checkout; the customer is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and carrier pricing.
Delivery Timeframes (Not Guaranteed)
-
Any delivery dates shown at checkout, in emails, or on tracking pages are estimates only provided by the carrier. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
-
Transit times can be affected by weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, and other factors outside our control.
-
Once an order has shipped and a tracking number is provided, the carrier’s tracking information is the best source for current status and ETA.
We’re happy to help interpret tracking updates, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific day.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to protect your order in case of loss, theft, or damage in transit.
If you purchase Shipping Protection:
-
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within the timeframes below and we will re-ship a replacement order as quickly as possible, subject to product availability and verification of the issue.
-
Depending on the situation, we may request photos of packaging and product, confirmation of non‑delivery, or a simple affidavit so we can document and process the claim.
If you do NOT purchase Shipping Protection:
-
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier.
-
If a package is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you are responsible for filing and managing any claim directly with the carrier. We’ll provide invoices, tracking details, and any available documentation to support your claim, but we do not automatically replace or refund shipments that are not covered by Shipping Protection.
Reporting windows:
-
Damaged shipments: please notify us within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.
-
Lost or never-delivered shipments: please contact us within 15 calendar days of the last tracking update.
Claims reported outside these windows may be denied by insurers or carriers.
Order Changes, Address Issues & Refusals
-
Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order is in processing or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
-
If the carrier returns a shipment to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can re‑ship to a corrected address; additional shipping charges will apply.
-
If you choose to cancel after a package has been returned to us, our standard cancellation and return policies (including any restocking fees and non‑refundable shipping costs) will apply.
Heavy, Oversized, and Multi‑Box Shipments
-
Some rack systems and large kits are heavy or oversized and may require special handling by the carrier, including additional transit time or delivery appointments in certain areas.
-
Multi‑box shipments may not arrive at the same time. It’s common for one box to be delivered a day or two before the others.
-
Before discarding any packaging, please verify that you’ve received and opened all boxes listed on your packing slip and tracking numbers.
If you believe hardware or components are missing, contact us with your order number, photos of the packaging, and a list of the missing parts.
When to Contact Us vs. the Carrier
-
If you purchased Shipping Protection and have any issue with loss, theft, or damage in transit → contact us first, and we’ll take care of next steps and re‑shipment.
-
If you did not purchase Shipping Protection and your package shows issues in tracking (delayed, held, scanned as delivered but not found, etc.) → start with the carrier, then reach out to us if you need documentation or clarification about what was shipped.
