Xtrusion Overland started supplying various brands that go hand in hand with our own products, to provide a complete service and help us grow. This includes products that are drop shipped. Please be advised that availability and lead times of those product are solely impacted by the third-party vendor's schedule. Many products are sold under an open inventory method, as the technology to sync inventories is limited, therefore please reach out if a specific product is needed by a specific date for us to double check with the supplier for you!
Any potential delay that occurs in the sourcing, processing, or drop shipment at the third party level will be communicated to the best of our ability to the customer.
ESTIMATED DATE | LEAD TIMES
The estimated lead time provided when you placed your order is JUST AN ESTIMATE. It is not a guarantee that the product will be shipped on that date. The estimated lead time gives you some sense of what the current times to source, cut, pack and ship takes. Many times the lead time can be shorter, but likewise it can extend, depending on factors such as previous demand and current supply. We manufacture many components in house, but extenuating circumstances such as down time for maintenance or unscheduled downtimes for repairs might impact dates as well as delays related to our sourced components. There is a constant flow of parts and shipments, and sometimes the visibility becomes a challenge to pinpoint exactly when your product will ship.
Feel free to check on your order at any time. Be aware that our customer service team may not be able to give you an exact date for completion but rest assured we are tracking your order and it will be built in the order that it was received.
Xtrusion Overland also reserves the right to cancel items from an order, offer an alternative substitution or issue refund accordingly when product is delayed at an unacceptable time frame or at the request of the customer.

Ready to roll, plug-and-play Toyota 4-Runner Dual PowerSwitch kit.
This kit is designed to run two Garmin PowerSwitch kits, with a Safety Hub 150 unit. This allows you to easily power or run any system on your vehicle, from solar input and Redarc dual battery systems to all of your switching needs for lighting, compressors, lockers, etc.
Backlighting Buss Bar:
Many lighting brands now offer backlighting, and it is a killer option to provide some great-looking accent lighting on your off-road rig. The main problem with wiring these systems is that you end up with four, five, or six wires needing a place to go, or you need to use up half of your switches just to power the backlights. That is why we added a Blue Sea Systems buss bar to act as your backlighting bar. Simply run power to this bar from one of the switched outputs on the Garmin, and connect all of your backlighting here. Easy!
Dual Battery Ready:
When you buy the Dual Garmin Kit from us, the included Blue Sea Systems Safety Hub 150 is PERFECT for connecting your Redarc BCDC, or other smart charger. This will act as your fused connection to your primary, or secondary battery (based on where the system is wired to). Pair this with our BCDC mount, and you have an easy-to-install solution to knock out your dual battery system!

2019+ 4Runners will need the factory relay mount bracket modified or relocated. We do this in the shop with tin-snips in less than 60 seconds. See that video HERE. Skip to 10:15 to see bracket removal and modification.
Upgraded Cables are now included with every kit. All of our cables are made of only the highest quality American-made wire. With this upgrade, we will build the cables with a TechFlex abrasion and heat-resistant braided sheathing to make sure that our dual wall-insulated battery cables truly last the life of the vehicle. When you have your rig wired at Blaze Off-Road we won't do it any other way than with our upgraded cables, and that's why we include them with every kit now.
Post Mount Fused is now included with every kit.
This system is now in production and has a 6-10 week lead time.
