Product is great. Still have not received all of my order though.

The order was filled fairly well but I feel like it should have been included in my original purchase. The nuts and bolts were expensive and I ordered them because there weren’t enough sent with the original order.

How many packages does a bed rack come in?

A bed rack typically ships in 2-3 packages. One box is for the hardware and components, the other boxes will be your extrusion bars.

Can I return an item?

We will work with you to the best of our ability to make sure you are happy with your purchase, whether we send you replacement parts, or different components to satisfy your needs.

In the event you are still not satisfied with your purchase after working with us and would still like to return your purchase, there is a 20% restocking fee on ALL orders RETURNED, and the initial shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund.

If we receive your return and discover that the item is used an additional 10% fee will be put in place. any modification done to the product will not be eligible for returns. original shipping costs will not be refunded.
