Xtrusion Overland started supplying various brands that go hand in hand with our own products, to provide a complete service and help us grow. This includes products that are drop shipped. Please be advised that availability and lead times of those product are solely impacted by the third-party vendor's schedule. Many products are sold under an open inventory method, as the technology to sync inventories is limited, therefore please reach out if a specific product is needed by a specific date for us to double check with the supplier for you!
Any potential delay that occurs in the sourcing, processing, or drop shipment at the third party level will be communicated to the best of our ability to the customer.
ESTIMATED DATE | LEAD TIMES
The estimated lead time provided when you placed your order is JUST AN ESTIMATE. It is not a guarantee that the product will be shipped on that date. The estimated lead time gives you some sense of what the current times to source, cut, pack and ship takes. Many times the lead time can be shorter, but likewise it can extend, depending on factors such as previous demand and current supply. We manufacture many components in house, but extenuating circumstances such as down time for maintenance or unscheduled downtimes for repairs might impact dates as well as delays related to our sourced components. There is a constant flow of parts and shipments, and sometimes the visibility becomes a challenge to pinpoint exactly when your product will ship.
Feel free to check on your order at any time. Be aware that our customer service team may not be able to give you an exact date for completion but rest assured we are tracking your order and it will be built in the order that it was received.

All Ventoso™ Tire Inflator Gauges now come standard with the Hi-Pressure Push-On Chuck V3 (HiPPO3). The new HiPPO2 features a shallower bite depth to fit on shorter valve stems such as metal TPMS and Apex Rapid Precision Valves (RPV) as well as a narrower nose to fit in to recessed valve stem holes like you'll see on some off-road wheels. The new collar design allows you to more easily grip the chuck with gloved hands or in cold weather. It has a 1000 psi working pressure with a simple to use push-on, pull-off engagement and it is fully rebuildable.
We pulled out all the stops for the Big Kahuna. We dare you to find a tire that this tire inflator won't work on. We source each piece individually to make sure we are getting the highest end components that we can get our hands on, then assemble them by hand in our shop.
Built on the new Ventoso™ Tire Inflator Body, this Big Kahuna boasts a higher flow rate and dual bleed buttons for fast and accurate tire fills. The body is of our own design and features a brass piston and EPDM O-rings that won't tear when faced with the higher pressures (up to 400 psi) that a Power Tank puts out. The whole unit is rebuildable for years of use. Comes with our five year warranty.
The analog gauges are silicone filled for added durability against vibration damage. Silicone also performs better in cold temperatures inherent in CO2 use. You have a choice between a 0-60 and a 0-150 psi gauge. With a wider range, the 150 psi gauge is more versatile at the expense of accuracy (+/-1.2 psi vs +/-3.2 psi).
The six foot steel-braided safety whip allows you to stand off to the side while inflating your tires which keeps you safe in case of a tire or wheel malfunction. With increased tire pressures comes increased danger in the event of a tire failure. Damaged tires can lead to very dangerous situations while airing up. It also allows you to stand up fully, saving you from having to crouch down near your tire during inflation.
The three quick-switch air chucks connect to the hose using a quick-release coupler. You can switch from the general purpose Hi-Pressure Push-On (HiPPO) chuck to the dual-head angle back for dually wheels or to the dual-head straight back for Alcoa wheels in seconds. The dual-head chucks are also great for accessing motorcycle wheels.
