Build parts for the 1999-and-newer Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty, whether it tows during the week and camps on weekends or carries a crew to the job site: XTR bed racks and the XO.SKLTN topper made in Wichita, DECKED drawers, Integral Truck bed rails, billet and BoxLink tie-downs, the TrailGate panel, Tackform and OFFROAM dash mounts, Power Stroke battery cables and a Blaze battery tie-down. Gear for any Super Duty from 1999 on
-
Racks and bars. The XTR3, from $2,249.99, is the rack for either box, and the only one we make for the 8-ft bed. The XTR1, from $1,749.99, is for the 6¾-ft box. Both come in Retrax XR, soft topper and Custom Height builds, menus split at 1999–2016 and 2017+, and pinch plates for the bed rails are in the box. XBRS bars ($732) keep a low profile.
-
A topper you can lock. On 2011 and newer trucks with the medium bed, the XO.SKLTN ($2,750) closes up once its panels go on, in the original order as Stage 2A or 2B or later with the F-250 / F-350 Topper Panel Add-On Kit ($2,100).
-
Drawers under the load. The DECKED drawer system ($1,699.99) comes in 1999–2008, 2009–2016 and 2017-on versions for the 6'9" bed.
-
Tie-down points. Charvonia's F-250 & F-350 Billet Bed Tie-Downs ($109.99 a pair) swap out the factory bed anchors; their radiused inside edges are kind to straps and rope.
-
Diesel and trail repairs. Big7Kits battery cable kits for Power Stroke trucks, by engine: 7.3L (1999–2003), 6.0L (2003–2007), 6.4L (2008–2010), 6.7L (2011–2016) and 6.7L (2017–2022), plus a 7.3L kit for 1990–1997 OBS trucks. For fixes on the road or the trail, there's the 97-piece Ford Super Duty Tri-fold Tool Kit ($549).
-
Rack accessories. MOLLE plates, slide-outs, AXS gates, tent brackets and the XTR Awning Upright Kit share the T-slots on any XTR. The F-250 Alternate Height and Conversion Kit ($230 and up) has Retrax brackets for both the 1999–2016 and 2017+ trucks.
2017 and newer Super Duty
-
TrailGate. The TrailGate Panel ($299) lays 1/8" aluminum over the tailgate on 2017–2022 and 2023+ trucks, with or without cup holders.
-
Integral Truck bed storage. A bulkhead rail for the front wall of the bed, bedside rails with cleats for the 8-ft bed, full and half Boxlink plates that hold Milwaukee Packout organizers, and the Upgraded Boxlink Plate with tie-down anchors and E-Track slots.
-
BoxLink tie-downs. Charvonia's BoxLink Tie Downs add steel anchors to the BoxLink slots, in one or two pairs.
-
Dash and vent mounts. Tackform dash brackets and LINK vent mounts for 2017–2022 trucks (shared with the 2015–2020 F-150), versions for the 2022 truck with the 12" screen, and Slim Track and LINK mounts for 2023+ trucks. OFFROAM mounts cover 2017–2021 and 2023–2024.

F-250 / F-350 build questions
Is gear for the F-250 the same as for the F-350?
For the racks, yes: both trucks use the same boxes, so the choices are year range and box length. DECKED, the TrailGate and the dash mounts are listed by year range, and some, like the Integral bedside rails, by bed length too.
Rack, XO.SKLTN or both?
An open rack carries a rooftop tent, ladders or lumber above the bed and leaves it reachable from the sides. The XO.SKLTN locks gear inside the bed. Our post on bed racks, overland toppers and fiberglass toppers lays out the differences.
Does a heavy-duty truck change the rack's limits?
No. An XTR3 is rated 500 lb off-road, 850 lb on-road and 1,750 lb parked with the weight spread out, on any truck. The whole build, rack, tent, drawers, water and crew included, also has to stay inside the payload on the door-jamb label; the payload guide shows how to total it.
