Assemble hoops
Slide drop-in T-nuts into the uprights and bolt to the billet corner gussets. Leave finger-tight.
Connect crossbars
Set your hoops to bed length and tie the structure together with the side bars or plates.
Prep the bed rails
Drop in factory utility-track nuts, or position the heavy-duty clamp mounts along the bed lip.
Lift & align
With a helper, set the assembled frame onto the brackets and catch the bolt threads.
Square & torque
Center and square the rack front-to-back, then torque every fastener to spec.

Will I need to drill into my F-150 to install this rack?
No. Every F-150 bed rack installs using clamps that grip the existing bed rails, or slides into the factory utility track. No drilling, no permanent modification, and no voiding your factory warranty.
Can I run a rooftop tent on an F-150 bed rack?
Absolutely — that's what these are built for. The XTR1 and XTR3 are purpose-designed for RTT mounting and include roof-top-tent brackets. The 400–450 lb dynamic off-road rating easily handles the heaviest tents.
Does the rack work with my F-150 tonneau cover?
It depends on the cover. Retrax XR, Roll-N-Lock XT and Pace Edwards UltraGroove are fully compatible with no adapters. Standard roll-up covers work with our Wide-Wing bracket. SoftTopper has dedicated builds.
What's the difference between the XTR1 and XTR3?
The XTR1 is our streamlined 4-upright classic. The XTR3 adds two center uprights and splits the rack into four independently adjustable quadrants for roughly double the accessory mounting space.
Which F-150 years and bed lengths fit?

Do these racks affect fuel economy?
