If you can use a socket set and an Allen wrench, you can install your Gladiator bed rack in an afternoon — bolting to the Trail Rail or bed rails with no permanent modification and no voided warranty.
Assemble hoops
Slide drop-in T-nuts into the uprights and bolt to the billet corner gussets. Leave finger-tight.
Connect crossbars
Set your hoops to bed length and tie the structure together with the side bars or plates.
Prep the bed rails
Drop into the factory Trail Rail T-slots, or position the heavy-duty clamp and wide-bracket mounts along the bed lip.
Lift & align
With a helper, set the assembled frame onto the brackets and catch the bolt threads.
Square & torque
Center and square the rack front-to-back, then torque every fastener to spec.

A bed rack is an open frame that carries gear above the bed. A topper or camper shell encloses the bed for locked, weatherproof storage. Our XO.SKLTN All-In-One Topper does both — an enclosed, hardtop-style camper-shell alternative built on the same modular T-slot rack.
Can I mount a rooftop tent and awning on a Gladiator bed rack?
Absolutely — it's what these are built for. The XTR1 and XTR3 include rooftop-tent brackets, and the 400–450 lb dynamic off-road rating handles the heaviest tents. Awnings bolt to the side T-slots on either side of the bed.
Does it work with the factory Trail Rail system?
Yes. Gladiators equipped with the factory Trail Rail cargo management system use drop-in T-slot brackets. Trucks without it use our clamp or wide-bracket mounts — either way there's no drilling.
Can I add MOLLE panels to my Gladiator bed rack?
Yes. The T-slot channels accept both bed-side and overhead MOLLE panels. The XTR3 ships with MOLLE-ready packages, and you can add panels, RotopaX, MaxTrax and Quick Fists to any build later.
