Mixed emotions

The bars themselves are great but the site made it very confusing to order the correct items, a little of it is on me as well but when I worked with people thru email I was misinformed a couple of times. They offered discounts for the trouble but it just seems like if the site itself was put together better than none of this woupd have happened in the first place.

Bought used bed rack

I bought a used bed rack. It was set up different than my needs. Xtrusion Overland worked with via email to figure out what I needed. They helped me order the correct parts. After a short few days of shipping, I installed the parts. They fit and worked as we discussed and now I have the rack I wanted.

Please be advised that availability and lead times of those product are solely impacted by the third-party vendor's schedule.

How many packages does a bed rack come in?

A bed rack typically ships in 2-3 packages. One box is for the hardware and components, the other boxes will be your extrusion bars.

Can I return an item?

We will work with you to the best of our ability to make sure you are happy with your purchase, whether we send you replacement parts, or different components to satisfy your needs.

In the event you are still not satisfied with your purchase after working with us and would still like to return your purchase, there is a 20% restocking fee on ALL orders RETURNED, and the initial shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund.

If we receive your return and discover that the item is used an additional 10% fee will be put in place. any modification done to the product will not be eligible for returns. original shipping costs will not be refunded.
